Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused credits, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
You agree not to use Vantage22 to: (a) violate any laws or regulations, (b) infringe on intellectual property rights, (c) transmit spam, malware, or harmful content, (d) harass, abuse, or harm others, (e) scrape or harvest data in violation of platform terms of service, (f) impersonate others or provide false information, (g) interfere with the service's operation, or (h) use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any interruption of service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain ownership of any data you input into Vantage22 and any results generated through your searches. We do not claim ownership of your content.
By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Vantage22 and any data you collect complies with applicable laws, including data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

Vantage22 integrates with third-party services including Google Maps, Stripe, and Gmail. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or content of third-party services. Any issues with third-party services should be directed to those providers.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VANTAGE22 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
